Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, and most orders arrive within 2–14 days of being placed. You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We currently ship to the United States only. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Your Order page. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, email us at nouricompanyinfo@icloud.com.

Some products ship from different warehouses, so your order may arrive in more than one package. Each package has its own tracking number.

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be changed or cancelled.

You can return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened hair, scalp and skin care products and opened coffee can’t be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or not as described. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Email nouricompanyinfo@icloud.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Once your refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Yes. Our products are suitable for all hair types and genders unless a product description says otherwise.

Everyone is different. Shampoos clean and add body from the first wash, and scalp care works best with consistent use over several weeks.

No. Our products are cosmetic: they improve the look and feel of your hair and scalp. If you’re experiencing sudden or significant hair loss, please speak with a doctor or dermatologist.

The Christophe Robin scalp scrub is suitable for color-treated hair. For other products, check the details on each product page.

Check the ingredient list on each product page and do a patch test before first use. Stop using a product if irritation occurs.
